Antique black cape by Cole Brothers Sheffield. This is a rather good match to the hat listed separately as the chiffon decoration is similarly textured.

Approximate measurements (laid flat):

Around the neck band 16 inches

Back of neck to hem 25 ½ inches

Condition: In good, wearable condition commensurate with age. I could find area with holes in the chiffon but this is not overly noticeable. There are some neat old repairs to the lining and what looks to be small holes to the grosgrain fabric which are noticeable under a bright light.
