Chinese Shoes

Here we have an extremely cute pair of Chinese embroidered shoes. The pair have age and are very beautiful.  They are made from black silk that is embroidered with butterflies, lotus flowers and have tassels to the front. They have fawn-coloured stripes to the heels. The lining is a pretty floral-patterned fabric (red colourway to sole and grey on the sides)

Approximate Measurements:

Length: 11cm (4.3 inches)

Widest point on sole: 3.8cm (1.5 inches)                                         

Condition: The sole of one shoe shows wear (see photos). The same shoe shows a little wear to the silk fawn stripe at the back. The shoes do show their age, but are we feel are in good condition for their age, and would make a perfect addition to any collection. Please do ask if you require any further information.
