Satin Robe

This satin robe’s colourway is so unusual; I love the beautiful soft ice cream colours. Thought to be c.1930s but could be later; priced accordingly. These robes can be worn around the house over nightwear or over clothing as a long duster coat. The robe looks to be home made.

Condition: In good, wearable condition. There are some holes on close inspection (see photos). I have not mended these often by doing so the eye is drawn to them. On very close inspection under a bright light you can see that there have been some pulls to the fabric- these are hard to notice and there appears to be no loose threads. There are some faint marks, again not overly noticeable due to the pattern but mentioned for accuracy.

Armpit to armpit approximately 22 inches

Centre back of neck (taken from seam) to hem is approximately 48 inches
